I’m so glad you´ve found my webpage and I hope you’re reading for an adventuresome start. To start, I’d like to introduce myself and my motivation as to why I do what I do.

My first contact with pornography was as a teenager. I didn’t know that this initial contact would be a topic which would plague me the next 15 years in a way I never expected. Being free for over 5 years, I can say without a doubt, that it is possible to be free of porn addiction and experience through this freedom, positive development in all other ascpects in my life. Through my experience as a porn addiction coach I now know many men, who live a life free of pornography.

Asking for help takes courage and is the first and most important step. I encourage you to open yourself up to the process, gleen from my experience and support. It will help you become free from addiction.

Why am i doing this work?

I started my degree as a Mechatronic and ended up working as a team leader in a big company in my area for 18 years. Although I loved my job and was successful, I always knew I would one day start my own business, especially one in which I felt I could do deep meaningful work.

An important pillar in my life has always been strong, healthy friendships with other men. I love being out in nature, around a campfire and forging meaningful relationships. As mentioned, something that always seemed  difficult for many of these men, was their relationship to pornography. This unhealthy relationship ranged from “slightly influencing my view of who I am as a man” to “minimized capacity and performance at work” to even separation from a spouse.

​This all led me to fullfill my lifes calling, combined with my competences and experiences I’ve gained along the way, in helping me find freedom.

About Me

I’m happily married to a canadian and have 3 wonderful children. We’re often seen out in the woods, especially in our beautiful Kaiserstuhl area. I love movement and sports, make music in various band constellations and volunteer in my home church in Freiburg doing mens work.
